Project Manager

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to manage large-scale projects throughout Massachusetts. Candidates should be self-starters, team players, and possess the ability to work with different teams within a fast paced construction environment.
 

The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for project success including:

•Management of the project schedule
•Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management
•Construction controls processing including contracts and change orders
•Monthly owner and subcontractor AIA requisitions
•Project schedule production and maintenance
•Responsibility for all project budgets, costs, P/L, etc.
•Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess a BS degree (civil engineering preferred) with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must.

Assistant Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers on multiple projects. Candidates should be self-starters, team players and possess a strong sense of initiative.

The Assistant Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for project success including:
•Submittal review and processing
•Monitor procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials to the jobsite
•Quality control monitoring
•LEED documentation support
•Subcontractor and supplier procurement
•Manage and negotiate owner and subcontractor change orders.

Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess a BS degree (civil engineering or construction management preferred). Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. One to two years of construction experience is a plus.

Project Superintendent

We are looking for a Project Superintendent to manage large-scale, complex vertical building projects. Candidates should be leaders, team players, organized and have the ability to work with different teams within a fast-paced construction environment.

The Project Superintendent has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of projects including:
•Ultimate responsibility for management of the project schedule
•Develop and maintain the site specific quality control plan
•Develop and maintain the site specific safety plan
•Develop and maintain the site logistics plan
•Conduct weekly foreman and superintendents meetings, assure regular meeting minutes are accurately prepared and distributed
•Assure daily construction reports are prepared in a thorough and timely manner
•Serve as liaison with the community where the project is being performed and promote CTA to those communities and the public at large
•Maintain client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess a Mass. Unrestricted Supervisors License, an Associates degree (or higher) in Construction Management (preferred, but not required) and 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Assistant Superintendent

We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist lead superintendent with coordination of all field operations. Candidates should be self-starters, team players, and possess the ability to work with different teams within a fast paced construction environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to move into a Lead Superintendent role.
 

The Assistant Superintendent has ultimate responsibility for project success including:
•Assist in supervision of field work and efforts of subcontractors and suppliers
•Daily reporting
•Quality control
•Punchlist management
•Submittal review

Minimum Requirements

Project Engineer

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Project Engineer to support our team on multiple projects. Candidates should be self-starters, team players and possess a strong sense of initiative.

The Project Engineer will work in the office or at a job site and may assist with the following:
•Coordination of field documentation reports
•Submittals
•Request for information
•Close-out
•Coordinate efforts of subcontractors and supplies on site
