This project is the phased renovation of the entire 268 unit multi-family complex known as Newtowne Court. Unit renovations include abatement and wood floor installation, replacement of fan-coil heating units, new bathroom finishes and fixtures, new countertops, appliances and cabinet doors, new fire alarm devices and sprinkler piping, new metal windows and new drywall finishes and painting. Renovations will also include upgrades to the boiler plants, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, landscaping and civil infrastructure improvements.
