Alterations to the existing 300,000-square-foot Peabody High School accommodates a phased project to retrofit the building with a new fire protection sprinkler system and undertake interior renovations for MAAB standard accessibility improvements. Through meticulous scheduling and tight monitoring of field operations, the work progressed in the fully functional educational environment with little to no appreciable impact on the daily activities of the student body and staff.
