This project is the renovation of the existing 71,000 GSF Lowell Elementary School building as well as the construction of two additions. One addition on the north end of the existing building is a one story 3,100 GSF structure while the other on the south end of the existing building is a three story addition of 20,000 GSF. The project includes abatement and selective demolition to the existing building including a full renovation to bring the school up to current building and standards.
