This project is new construction of a 75,510 sf pre-engineered steel frame building. The building includes a cafeteria and auditorium space with a serving pantry (not a full kitchen), academic classrooms including art, music and science rooms, supported by an administrative office. The new facility will serve grades K-8, with planned enrollment of 900 students.
