This two-phased project is a gut renovation to convert St. Joseph’s Parrish School into a new charter high school facility followed by a new addition that provides new classrooms, a venue for school assemblies, bathrooms, and administrative support spaces. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule. Quality of design and construction is evident in both the exterior envelope which includes metal wall panels, metal windows, aluminum storefront, masonry wall, membrane roofing, skylights, and metal trim; and interior finishes that include stained concrete floors, carpentry, wood doors, ceramic tiles, acoustic ceiling tiles, resilient flooring, carpeting, painted surfaces, window treatments and other specialties. The school site is further improved with new paving, lighting, fencing and new landscaping.
