Local residents can learn about new community center and construction-related job opportunities during job fair on Thursday, May 11th

Waltham, Mass.( April 24, 2017) – CTA Construction announced today it will host a Construction Trades Job Fair in conjunction with the Town of Randolph for area residents interested in working on the building of the new Randolph Intergenerational Community Center.

The Town of Randolph and CTA Construction broke ground on a new community center last August. Once complete, residents of all ages will be able to access and utilize the 30,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. It will feature a variety of amenities, including a gymnasium, exercise and fitness rooms, indoor walking track, a greenhouse, meeting spaces, classrooms, a teaching kitchen, theatre and arts space, and outdoor amenities.

The community center is expected to be completed during the fall of 2017. There are a variety of construction-related job opportunities – available throughout every phase of the project – for area residents who specialize in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, site work and more. Contractors from various trades are expected to attend the job fair.

The Construction Trades Job Fair will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 in the Washington Room (first floor) of the Randolph Town Hall, located at 41 South Main St., Randolph, Mass.
