CTA Construction and Baker/Wohl Associates, the architect and owner project manager on the site, started the $44 million Newtowne Court Project in 2015. The project includes interior and exterior renovations to 268 affordable family units at Newtowne Court, which is owned by the Cambridge Housing Authority.

"We are pleased with the progress made at the Newtowne Court site thus far and look forward to returning more units to residents," said Paul DuRoss, project executive at CTA Construction.
