CTA Construction managers recently announced the completion of the 12th of 36 phases of the Newtowne Court renovation project, which includes updates to eight buildings and 268 affordable housing units. CTA Construction and Baker/Wohl Associates, the architect and owner project manager on the site, started the $44 million Newtowne Court Project in 2015. The project includes interior and exterior renovations to 268 affordable family units at Newtowne Court, which is owned by the Cambridge Housing Authority.

"We are pleased with the progress made at the Newtowne Court site thus far and look forward to returning more units to residents," said Paul DuRoss, project executive at CTA Construction. "Our team is proud to be delivering high quality units to the Newtowne Court community and the Cambridge Housing Authority."
