Phased, occupied interior and exterior renovations to the Berkley Community School in Berkley, MA, and a 2,500 sf addition. The scope of work involved 70,000 sf of flat roof replacement, including a 7,500 sf classroom renovation including wood/hollow metal doors, fire doors, aluminum windows, VCT, carpet, acoustical ceiling tile, kitchen equipment, MEP upgrades and a new 2,500 sf one story kindergarten classroom addition with a structural steel frame, concrete slab on grade, brick veneer, EPDM roof and aluminum windows.
