A new 79,000 sf school, which comprises preschool, kindergarten, and classrooms for Grades One through Five, is built adjacent to the existing Burlington Memorial Elementary School which was demolished upon project completion. The new gymnasium, cafeteria, library/media center, art and music rooms, and administrative offices, along with new play fields, and improved landscaping enhance student learning experience. The site is further improved with expanded parking, and dedicated bus traffic and handicap access ensure safety and alleviate congestion during student pick up and drop off. This project participated in the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools (MA-CHPS).
