Multiple new structures totaling over $200 million were constructed for EMC Corporation that included a 600,000 sf R&D facility, a 682,000 square foot computer manufacturing facility constructed on a fast track process, a $20 million manufacturing facility build-out, a pre-cast concrete parking structure for 1,000 cars, and a 10,500 sf Electromagnetic Imaging Testing Facility containing an anechoic chamber.
