CTA Construction provided construction management services to St. Paul/Travelers Surety for the completion of the Hull High School. Work includes the management of over twenty subcontractors to complete a punch list in excess of 2,000 incomplete work items that ranged from painting touch ups to complete removal and replacement of several non-compliant concrete walkways. Through a detailed signoff and approval process established by CTA, the completion was accomplished within the allotted timeframe with the highest possible quality control. CTA’s exceptional organizational skills allowed the work to be completed in the occupied school without any disruption to its operation.
