This 126,000 sf new Middle School consists of two sections. The first is a three-story structure with classrooms, science labs, art rooms, media rooms, administrative/faculty offices and workrooms. The second is a one and two-story structure with the cafeteria and kitchen, gymnasium/auditorium and locker rooms, music classrooms and the mechanical and maintenance facilities. The building is constructed adjacent to the existing building which is demolished once students and faculty move into the new facility. The project is participating in the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools (MA-CHPS) program.
