CTA Construction built a new 4-story, 147,000 sf wing and renovated approximately 113,000 sf of existing common spaces at the Beverly High School.  Within the new wing are state-of-the-art classrooms, science labs and administrative offices.  The existing gymnasium, auditorium, kitchen, cafeteria, and locker rooms also underwent a significant phased renovation sequenced around the School’s operations.  Upon completion of the new addition, the existing classroom wings were demolished to make way for new parking and other site improvements.  The project participated in the Massachusetts Collaborative for High Performance Schools (MA-CHPS) and was a joint venture project with KBE Building Corporation.
