CTA Construction performed the abatement and complete demolition of an existing one-story concrete and steel frame elementary school of approximately 41,500sf and constructed a new two-story 78,800 sf elementary school on a 14-acre site.  The new school features a 7,500 sf multi-purpose gymnasium with a stage for theater productions; a 4,000 sf library; entrance/atrium with glass curtain wall and skylights; state of the art technology, communication and security systems; and an HVAC system that operates on geothermal energy.
