Renovations were completed in the interior and the exterior of this 8-story mid-rise apartment building which provides housing for seniors and disabled tenants. The scope of work involved the conversion of 21 studio apartments into 14 one-bedroom units including exterior masonry repair, interior demolition, asbestos abatement, new windows, kitchens, baths, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. The construction work on the project was done while the building remained partially occupied.
