This 22,625 sf new Senior Center is a two-story, wood framed, slab on grade building with site work and parking for 70 cars. The building is being built at Ward Park as part of a revitalization program to upgrade the park and transform it into the recreational center of the City of Marlborough. The building includes a commercial kitchen, multipurpose space, fitness room, exercise and wellness rooms, library, billiards room, computer lab, offices and storage. Accents to the building include skylights to provide natural lighting.
