Provided general contracting services for the 15,000-square-foot addition and 54,000-square-foot interior renovations to the Memorial-Spaulding Elementary School in Newton, MA. The new addition was constructed of a structural steel frame with concrete slabs on deck, brick veneer, metal paneling, aluminum windows, EPDM roof, and interior finishes. The new addition houses classrooms and a library. The renovation consisted of new MEPs, technology upgrades, new elevator, new windows, and interior finishes.
