For the City of Revere, CTA constructed a new 38,500‐squarefoot, state‐of‐the‐art police station and a new 15,000‐squarefoot fire station.

Construction included significant hazardous soil remediation and the use of over 700 rammed aggregate piers (Geo Piers) to support the foundation. The facility features extensive forensic
crime and photographic laboratories as well as detainee processing and holding cells. The buildings also include a modern E911 communications center and various office and support areas.
