For the Town of Stoughton, CTA demolished a utility building, constructed a new 14,000- square-foot highway garage and support building, renovated an existing 3,000-squarefoot metal building, renovated and built-out an existing 5,300-square-foot CMU building and renovated a 9,200-square-foot, one-story workshop. The project took place in two phases and was coordinated around the activities of the fully occupied and operational facility.
