This project comprises of the new construction of the joined Police and Fire public safety complex building and grounds. The building is a two story, 50,000 square foot, steel framed facility with slab on grade construction. The scope includes all site improvements and development. The project also includes a separate facility for equipment storage and training on site. The program consists of a two story layout with Police & Fire administration, equipment bay, sallyport, booking and holding cells, utility rooms, sleeping quarters and shared spaces.
