CTA Construction, Cambridge officials celebrate housing authority weekend CTA Construction managers joined Cambridge Mayor Marc McGovern, elected officials, the Cambridge Housing Authority staff and local residents for the Cambridge Housing Authority’s Rental Assistance Demonstration Celebration Weekend held Oct. 13-14. The event marked the completion of phase one of the Cambridge Housing Authority’s RAD projects with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which celebrated the completion of multiple CHA projects including the Newtowne Court and Putnam Gardens projects.
